Siracusa International Tango Festival 2027

The Siracusa International Tango Festival 2027 ("SITF 2027", "the Festival") is organized by Siracusa Sport Academy ASD ("the Organizer"), Via Sanremo 16, 96100 Siracusa (SR), Italy, Codice Fiscale 93114660892, Partita IVA 02182750899.
SITF 2027 takes place from 22 to 25 July 2027 in Ortigia, Siracusa, Sicily, Italy.
3.1. To register for and participate in SITF 2027, you must be at least 18 years old on the date you complete your festival registration.
3.2. You must provide a truthful and accurate date of birth when completing your participant profile.
3.3. Registrations by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted.
3.4. To participate in SITF 2027, you must create a personal account on the festival platform.
3.5. One account equals one person equals one participant. Each participant registers and purchases only for themselves.
3.6. You must provide accurate and complete personal information when creating your account and completing your participant profile.
3.7. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4.1. All SITF 2027 passes are personal, named, and non-transferable.
4.2. A pass is issued to a specific named participant and may not be used by any other person.
4.3. No change of name is permitted on a purchased pass.
4.4. No transfer or resale of a pass to another participant is permitted.
4.5. Your personal QR credential must not be shared with any other person. The QR credential is linked to your identity and is the sole method of event access verification.
6.1. Participation in SITF 2027 requires association membership with Siracusa Sport Academy ASD, registered through ACSI/FAITANGO.
6.2. The membership fee is €10, valid through 31 December 2027.
6.3. The membership fee is charged only when the participant does not already hold a valid membership recognized by the SITF system.

7.1. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
7.2. SITF does not store your full card number, CVV/CVC, or card expiry date.
7.3. Your pass is confirmed upon successful payment confirmation.
8.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email at the email address associated with your account.
8.2. Your personal QR credential and festival pass will be activated in your MY SITF area.
9.1. Your personal QR credential is the authoritative method for event access verification.
9.2. The QR credential is linked to your participant identity and cannot be transferred.
9.3. You must present your QR credential at event entrances for scanning.
9.4. Access to each event is verified against your active entitlements and pass status at the time of scanning.
10.1. Pass availability is limited. The Legend Full Experience is limited to 50 places. The Milongas Full Pass is limited to 500 passes.
10.2. When a pass category is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase.
10.3. Pricing phases for the Milongas Full Pass are subject to availability and may advance earlier if a phase sells out.
11.1. A Milongas Full Pass may be upgraded to The Legend Full Experience only while Full Experience availability remains.
11.2. The historical amount paid for the Milongas Full Pass is credited toward the €290 Full Experience value:
€150 purchase → €140 cash upgrade
€170 purchase → €120 cash upgrade
€190 purchase → €100 cash upgrade
11.3. The membership fee is excluded from upgrade credit.
11.4. The upgrade credit is not a refund. It is a value credit applied to the Full Experience purchase.
Single-event tickets may be released at a later stage, subject to availability.
13.1. The Organizer may make reasonable organizational and program changes, including where necessary to: artists, musicians, TDJs, schedule, times, venues, individual activities, and program structure.
13.2. Such reasonable changes do not automatically create a right to a refund, subject always to mandatory applicable law.
13.3. The Organizer does not have unlimited discretion to make changes. Changes must be reasonable and communicated to participants.
14.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other participants, artists, staff, and venues.
14.2. Participants must comply with venue rules and applicable laws.
Participant no-show does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
If the Festival is definitively cancelled by the Organizer, the amount paid for the cancelled festival/pass/event will be reimbursed according to the final policy and applicable law.
If the Festival is postponed, the pass remains valid for the rescheduled dates. Mandatory rights applicable to participants who cannot attend the rescheduled dates are preserved.
Because SITF 2027 passes provide access to leisure/event activities scheduled for specific dates (22–25 July 2027), the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to many distance contracts does not apply where the statutory exception for leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period applies.
This does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
